This is basically a summary of what i said in my first two posts.
Summary:
To lose weight you simply have to create a caloric deficit in your diet. Think about it, if you consume MORE calories than you burn, the calories have to go somewhere, they get stored as fat!Now if you consume LESS calories than you consume, you don’t have any excess calories to store, and your body needs more! This is when you start to use up stored fat, and therefore lose weight!Its that simple!
Now diet is one thing but exercise is very important and if you are wanting to lose weight fast, you should be getting 30 minutes of cardio3-4 times a week or more. If you are just starting lets say running, then you should not just jump into it. Take it very easy, your calves will thank you!You can do something like run 2 minutes, walk 1 minute, run 2 minutes etc..Just keep building up until you can hold a steady pace. Running is not the only option, there are many exercises that are great for burning fat. Skipping, swimming and cycling are just 3 off the top of my head.
If you take some of these weight loss tips into consideration you should start to notice results! I just beg you not to be tricked by weight loss gimmicks or diets that want you to starve yourself. In my opinion there is only one way to lose weight and that is naturally, through diet and hard work!
